Is there a f/b min? Usually, please contact our Group & Private Dining Manager for specifics.  We are waiving the minimum expenditure through November 1, 2015

Is there a room fee? No

Is there a deposit required? Credit card to hold

Is there self or valet parking? Self

What is the highest entrée price per person on your menu?  Group dining package is $55++ for four courses

Can you accommodate vegetarians/vegans/Gluten Free? Yes

Do you have preset menus for pharma dinner to meet our all inclusive budget? Yes,they can be viewed here

Our guest are allowed to have only two glasses of house wine or beer per person, will you be able to monitor this? Yes

Do you have wines under $35 per bottle? Yes

What is the cancellation policy? If a confirmed event is canceled within ten (10) days of the date of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the food and beverage minimum quoted or $250 for reservations with no quoted minimum will be charged.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full food and beverage minimum expenditure or $500.  All cancellations must be made in writing.    

Is there the possibility of another pharma company hosting a dinner program on the same evening? No, we only have one room

Will unmet minimums be charged as "Room Charge"? We can handle the unmet minimum/guest shortfall in any way that you request.
